**Cancellation policy**

Cancellations less than 48 hours notice and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the full rate of the scheduled session.

*** NOTE: If I am able to fill your appointment time, the fee will be waived.

Rates are established to be a "no-tip" experience.

• After you schedule your appointment, check your email for confirmation to be sure you scheduled the time you wanted. If you scheduled in error, you can correct it right away use the link in the email confirmation. Please check your spam for this email.

• You will receive 2 email reminders: 72 hours ahead and 12 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment.

• You will also receive a TEXT 2 hours prior to your appointment time.

• If you arrive late because you thought you made your appointment for a different time, the appointment will still start and end at the time you scheduled. You will be charged for the full session as that time was reserved for you.
