Book with Sarah!
While some people experience relief after one Myofascial Release session, most of the time, people experiencing chronic discomfort, pain, lack of range of motion will require a series of treatment sessions.
Because fascial restrictions develop over time and become chronic, it often takes multiple sessions to gradually release the layers of tension, restore mobility, and support long-term healing.
Each visit allows your body to let go a little more and move closer toward balance and comfort.
New clients are encouraged to begin with a minimum of six sessions, ideally scheduled 1–2 times per week. Since my schedule often books out several weeks in advance, I recommend planning your sessions ahead of time so you can reserve the times that work best for you and keep your healing journey consistent. Booking in advance helps avoid long gaps between treatments that could slow your progress. Once we meet, we can make adjustments to your treatment schedule if we needed.
While there is no wrong way to receive treatment, my clients see the best results with their treatment sessions closer together. During your first session, we’ll take time to talk through your goals and outline a treatment plan that supports your body.
Please read prior to booking your first session:
